Once the payment is completed, and your 3CX key has been provided and activated, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel or request a refund. 3ComXpert does not accept returns. If you wish to reject your 3CX license not activated and obtain a refund of the purchase price (if applicable), you can contact us with our Contact form.
